Timing 

We do our best to deliver orders on time. Your candles are handpoured to order, and are ready to ship depending on your selection and our inventory situation. During the busy holiday season, it may take a little longer so please plan accordingly. 

If you have an event or customer in dire need, let us know... if we can pour yours sooner, we will. Simply call or email us at info@makrclub.com.

Delivery
MAKR CLUB currently only ship with Australia.

 

Shipping is calculated during checkout based on weight and dimensions with TNT Express. We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes. While we would love to offer free shipping, couriers need to earn a living too, and as a small business we don’t get the discounts offered to the big candle makers. But like you, we also aren’t happy when shipping rates are unexpectedly high – no matter how great a product is. Candles are a heavy product and we have calculated a rate we think is close to accurate. For larger bulk orders within major city centres, shipping may be less. We endeavour to be completely transparent and keep your costs as low as possible, therefore will happily refund the difference if overcharged. We will contact you if this happens.

 

Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that the order is fulfilled along with shipping carrier and tracking information. It is the receiver’s responsibility to track their package.

 

Shipping can take 1-7 days from completion of your order with our carrier. Please allow additional time for rural deliveries.
We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays, lost packages and damage during transit. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it.

RETURNS
Our Handcrafted Product Guarantee
Each and every candle has been made by hand including the assembling and packaging process. While small batch-pouring ensures attention to detail, variations in appearance from soy wax may occur and should not be considered a defect. We do not use any colouring additives or dye so it can naturally change depending on fragrances added.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final with no exchanges and returns. Tea-light fragrance samples can be purchased prior to placing bulk orders to select the correct fragrance for your needs. 

FAULTY GOODS / DAMAGES
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you candles are broken or faulty please email info@makrclub.com to discuss on a case-by-case situation.
